Relipad Xtreme uses an advanced wound contact layer that encourages fluid to pass from the surface through to the absorbent layer, but helps prevent it striking back through.

The advanced layers, constructed from a nylon polymer, are designed not to stick to a wound site.

The Relipad Xtreme dressing has the wound contact layer on both sides, allowing for correct application in low light conditions.
