Relipore Xtreme uses an advanced wound contact layer that encourages fluid to pass from the surface through to the absorbent layer, but helps prevent it striking back through.

The advanced layers, constructed from a nylon polymer, are designed not to stick to a wound site.

The Relipore Xtreme dressing has the wound contact layer on one side - and on the other - a flexible, breathable adherent, stretch fabric that conforms to the body, is easy to remove, but remains securely in place once applied.
